Dephosphorylation triggers the nuclear laminate formation and exit from mitosis.

Here cdc2 is the key regulator in dissolving nuclear envolop and intiation of mitosis. If this get dephosphorylated it get degraded and it self is the signal for intiation of nuclear laminate formation.
