Cognitive intelligence tells us about the intelligent level of the individual and if a person have this does not mean that he will deliver effective leadership

Examples like Adolf Hitler,Saddam Hussain , North Korea leader kim jonh hun all these are intelligent but not effective leaders. They have used their intelligence in negative manner than the positive manner

I want to say having only cognitive intelligence and without positive mindset will not have any effect on effective leadership.
