yes, we take correct steps while promoting our charity. we are doing good and when compare with our competitors we are best. our plans and strategies are resulting interms of positive only.
the other players also doing good, web site structure and logos plays a key role in its promotion. but itself is not sufficent to promote our brand into the market. we need to interact with the donors regularly, and should explain about our plans, procedures, polocies and so on. once they satisfied with our plans, then only they will help us.
the four challanges which are facing are: creation of awareness in the market, finding the potential donors, approaching them and collection of funds.
awareness will be creates by following direct methods like giving ads in the local news channels, broadcast media and in holdings and boardings. in this stage we only target on attract the people attention.
second one is, finding the potential donors: here majority of the people contacts us, but very few only accepts to donate the funds. it is very difficult to turn the phone call into a donation.
and in third level, we personally meet them and explain our plans, and make them understand and convince them to donate.
we never bother about the amount of funds they are donating, we only focus about their view about donation. and every penny is valuable to us for serving the needed ones
