A project is a sequence of steps followed ot achieve an aim or a goal . This is different from a process which is repitive while a project is not. A project needs a good team leaded by an efficient leader. A good teams boosts up the project and will be the key to the success of the project . The project life cycle starts witht he selection of a team and it\'s leader. A purposeful project needs to be selected which has scope and also gives positive results. Much work needs to be done before the starting of the project like gathering all the information and planning on how to carry on the project. Planning is a very important stage of the cycle as the success or failure of the project is decidied at this phase.

The next stage will be the execution of the project where the work is divided according to the plan and processed. Some problems might occur during the course of the project but they can be solved if we plan everything perfectly. The final stage is the completion of the project . The main important aspects that must be considered to choose a project are scope and feasibility of the project.The project must have some usefulness to people and must be easily adaptable.
