Discribe the current labor laws capable of dealing with labor-management problems.

Solution

The purpose of labour laws is to provide welfare and regulate the employers to have a basic infrastructure & facilities in place while employing the labour/ workers. All labour laws are not capable of dealing with the labour managemnet problems effectively. Few of the labour laws which are ineffective or obsolate will be amended from time to time by the governmets. they should not be completely abolished but only be amended or over rided by new statute/ regulations.
