I would like to talk about Walmart and it follows a very generic business strategy. The main motto of the company is to keep the retail prices low and that is giving them the competitive advantage in the market. When people shop at Walmart they save up to 15% more than any other retail chain in the United States and they have been very successful in attracting more and more customers with the same formula. They have basically built a system that allows them lowed the price significantly without compromising on the quality. They directly make a deal with the suppliers and ask them to reduce the price and also not to change that price over a specific period of time only for Walmart. This way Walmart succeeds in giving what the customers want at a low price and the suppliers make money as they sell more through Walmart. The major advantage of Walmart is that they excellent and streamlined production process and a very organized and efficient warehouse system.

This strategy caught a lot of attention and many more companies began the price war by reducing the price significantly. They couldn\'t bring down the business of Walmart because their core strategy is strong and they give importance to innovation at work. They have been constantly working on their supply chain management and relationship with their suppliers. This will always keep them in the game as long as another company follows the same method and becomes as effective as Walmart in its business strategy. The company is not trying to differentiate themselves from others but they are proving to the market that they are the best by playing with the pricing and excellent daily offers.
