In the logistics or shipment arena of merchandice or for demand or supply of the merchandise to the large retailers have many problems associated with it

a) the transport issues becomes big when the weather is not supportive specialy during the bad weather the supply cannot be met to meet the demand.

b) sometimes due to peak sales season or during the festive season there is huge demand and to store the mechandise to meet the demand the logistics warehouse dont have enough storage spaces.

c) the big retailers like target have hunders of outlets at different location and the want every merchandise to be reached at every of there location which become sometimes a hell task due to there distance from the production site and due to the transport issue which ultimately leads to the conflict.

d) also when the stock pile occurs due to the less demand in the market the warehouses dont have the enough spaces or cant afford enough man power to cater the need of the logistics demand.
