Why would you crash an Activity that has the the LEAST crash

Why would you crash an Activity that has the the LEAST crash costs?

Answer: One would crash that activity which hast the least Crash cost because Crashing an activity can be seen in a view that one has to analyse the trade off between Cost of the project and the schedule. If crashing such activity can save enough time duration of the project, then one can go for crashing the activity having least crash cost.
