I need to write a forumn on how to Identify Goals and Constrainsts while I am in school and working. I need at least seventy-five words. Can you write a forumn for me on this topic. I am currently a cosmetologist and going to school to get my MBA. My goal is to manage a large company one day.

Goals are the broader set of objectives, anybody wants to achieve either in education or in his career. Though, goals are always accompanied by the constraints as it creates a limitation w.r.t. the time, resources and capabilities in a person. Hence, it brings a balance to the approach used to achieve the goals. To identify the goals, the first step is to identify what the person wants to be in personal life as well as in professional life. The second step is to setup the path that can be used to achieve these goals. In the organizational perspective, the goals are set up using the vision and mission statements. In the third step, the resources available and required are identified. It creates the constraints that will be present to achieve the goals.
For example, a cosmetologist can make a goal of becoming a top executive in cosmetology management or setup his own enterprise offering the cosmetology services. To achieve this objective, he has to pursue a course of MBA of 2 years, spending huge fee and work in the industry for a few years. So, these factors become constraints as anybody willing to achieve the goals, has to work with these constraints.
