In this assignment, you will be creating a Work Breakout Structure (WBS) for your project(Remodeling a bathroom) using the software application that you have selected. The WBS should be accompanied by a commentary of at least two paragraphs, which explain what the WBS is demonstrating about the project. This is NOT to be a generic description of a WBS but should be written with the goal of informing your client about the specific project you are managing for them.( REmodeling a bathroom) What the key issues are and what the client should know about their project.

REMODELING A BATHROOM

Work Breakout Structure will have three things:

1)Base

2) Internal

3) External finishing

Now each one of these things will have the following contents:

3) External finishing

Now to explain the WBS, for the base we will need to excavate the mud till we get hard ground and put the concreate for a solid foundation. Then before the complete hardening of the concreate we will place the water pipeline and the electrical pipeline. After this we will cover them with some more concreate/mud and plain out the floor.

Then after a solid foundation we will move to the structure. The bathroom will be in a square form, which will make it more spacious. The walls will be made with cement and bricks with spaces left blanks for the window and door. Then the toilet seat ann bathtub will be placed. Also the water and electrical pipeline will be done.

The last and the most important step would be the finishing work. The floor marble/wood.The wall tiles. Faucets,mirrors,window and door will be placed during this phase. the bathroom will come to life in this phase.

The overall cost for this depends on what type of material you will use. If you prefer luxury, then can choose exotic mapple wood for floor, glazed tiles for walls and expensive toileteries. So the budget is upto your choice.

The key issues are:

The client should know majorly everything about the project, just not the pricing of prodcuts in the market, because that might kill your profit margin. If the client have a budget contraint, never specify the brand of the material you will use.
