Given a TV with a 240-Hz refresh rate, how many times will a 24 frames per second input signal be repeated in 1/24 of a second.

Refresh rate per second =240Hz

Refresh rate per 24th of second =240/24 =10Hz

Hence a 24fps will repeat for 10 times for every 1/24 of second.

Repetition doesnt depend on frame rate because refresh rate is reconstruction of image where as frame rate is the no of displayed per second.
