critical value : 2.32

we reject Ho if Z > 2.32

Z = [0.95 - 0.94 ] / [ srqt( [0.94*0.06] / 224 )]

Z = 0.01 / 0.01587

Z = 0.63

conclusion

we dont reject Ho because Z < critical value
