1. Shift employee engagement to employee experience: Every organisation and management realise the importance of employees in organization success. Employees are the core assests, the success or failure of the organization depends on its people only. Earlier, organizations make the employee to engage them in work and encourage their participation in the work. Here most of the decisions were taken by management or team leaders and the employees execute the ideology only. Employees do not think independently and approch new methods or their own interests.

But now the scenario is changed, a wonderful idea may adressed by any one, but not only higher authorities or leaders. Hence every one must use their experience to think differently, experience the new, introducing new practices at work and so on. For this, the management has given complete liberty to its employees. They can go with new practices, introduce new techniques, and new process. Even if they fail, they are not going to punish. But mangement realize the importance of involvement of employees in their decision making process. They are listening to the employees, their experiences, their ideas and so on.

2. Gig Economy is the one which focus on free lancer workers rather than permanent employees. Most of the firms are working in huge competitive environment, and the inevitable cost for these are the cost of manpower. They are paying high amounts in terms of salaries, perks and other forms. But if there are no business deals or less business deals, they may run with losses. It becomes burden to the firm and may not run it for a long time with the losses. Hence, now a days, most of the firms are appointing workers on temporary basis, but offer high pays than regular employees. These people work for them till the contract or work is over and left the place. It helps the firm to minimize the fixed employees and their salaries, and salaries based on work and productivity rather than normal way.
