Based on the scenario below, describe to me what install/deployment method you would use within your organization if Kaseya was approved as a new IT Automation tool. Again, be creative if you can’t relate and use any organization that you\'ve visited or worked at and apply this question to it.

Scenario: You have just been approved to install Kaseya in the organization and you have the Kaseya server up and running but now you need to get the Kaseya agent itself on the endpoints you want to manage. They are all Windows machines. How would you go about doing so? What issues could you potentially run into when you attempt to deploy an agent?

(Note: the words “deploy” and “install” can mean different in things in this context so be careful how you use them)

Solution

There could be various deployment/installations way for kaseya agent.Moving from worst case solution to best

1) One of way could be manually installing kaseya agent on each of endpoint .But it would waste of time and would require more no of resources. And on each endpoint you need to configure it again and again.

2) Next little more efficient way would be getting remote desktop connection of windows system and installing on it. Again it would be waste of time for installing on each and every system.But here resource would require less.

3) More optimise way which i think and many organisation follow it to install any common software is the Operating System image with pre-install software. You need to create OS image with kaseya agent configure in it. Bascially it will act an container which include kaseya agent pre install and configure . so there is no need to install and configure it again and again. There are some image creation tool available freely to create .iso image of os with pre-install software. For ex -WAIK
