In order to answer these type of question, take your case study, first go through the case study and then go through the questions that are asked, then go back to your case study and mark all the parts that are relevant to the questions.
For example:
For strategy identification, look for the way Starbuks plan on selling their dervices, increase their sales rate, attract customers and similar stuffs. Problems or opportunities will be mentioned along with the identified strategy.
For some of the points you may have to give your own experiences and for some you might have to do some analysis.
