Identify the need for training and a claer business goals that are to be achieved through training.Determine the area of training that the employee lack and provide training based on that
-Set organizational training objectives:
The objective of a training program is to bridge the gap between the current and the desired performance of an employee and this objective should be achieved through the development of a training program.Trainig objective should be based on the areas of improvement
-Create training modules and action plan:
The materials,content and the learning theories required for the training must be created.The method of trainig to be delivered and the resources needed for the training should be prepared and employees inputs can be taken before initiating the training
-Implement the training:
Implementation of training is the phase where the training activities are explained and where the training is to be conducted.The training program should be monitered regularly to check whether the training meets the objective
-Evaluate the training program:
At the end of the training the program should be evaluated to know whether the training has met the objectives.The program can be evaluated by giving a feedback form to all the employees who have attended the training.By analysing the feedback given,the weakness of the training can be spotted and rectified for further training

Training i have attended was based on the development of interpersonal skills
-First step of the training was to introduce everyone infront of others and tell about their positives and weakness of interpersonal skills and where they lack.Based on everyones weakness the training needs was assesed
-As suggested by everyone about their weakness.The objective of the training was to imoprove the interpersonal skills of every employee to improve their communicative skills,listening skills,problem solving,decision making etc
-The training module consisted of various individual sessions on each area to be covered.Specific time was alloted for every session and training materials were provided to all of those who have attended the training
-The implementation of the training was initiated with the suggestions from everyone and they explained about the importance of interpersonal skills and how to improve them in every situations through the powerpoint presentations
-At the end of the training ,Every individual was asked to make a presentation of their learning and to check their communicative skills.
-At last feedback form was given to rate on indidividual factors about the training and suggestions canbe made to improve the training.
Thus the trianing on interpersonal skills helped everyone to improve our personal skills and it was very useful for us
