See above mentioned points are more or less application .But all are important from Managers decisions point of view.All these decisions are taken on this available information.
I am explaining the two important points .
1) Information helps to Check the skill level of Employee : Most of the times employees are working on different projects .If Employee is excellent & HE /SHE is giving best performance then at individual level he/she may be evaluated. But from this information this comes to know that this employee is skilled one.So in real requirement , when there is need of skilled employees .Management can depute such types of skilled employees at that locations for fast execution.
2) Information helps to find out the difficulty level of operations :
Each operations are having different level of working.Some operations are critical , some operations are easy .But some time in reality management does not understand the critical of the operations.
Suppose operation X is the critical operation.But management is not aware about this operations.For this operations employees are continuously failing to work ,Giving low performance in operation. Condition is same after replacing N no of employee.This data may stored in data base as a workers performance measure.Now while reviewing the system data management come to know , why all employees are having low performance for operation X. So by that way management can trace the level of critical of operations form the respective data.
So data collected for employees can help to other decisions also.
