The graph is that of a line. Let its equation be y = mx +c where m is the slope and c is the y-intercept. Now, m = slope = (5-2)/(1-0) = 3. Also, on substituting x = 0 and y =2 in the equation, we get 2 = c . Hence the equation of the function (which is a line) is y = 3x +2.

The relationship between temperatures and pressure where the pressure increases/decreases 3 times as fast as the increase/decrease in temperature can be represented by the function.
