Contract for Service

      ConnecttoWeb and XTZ Companies hereby agree as follows:

1. Service: This agreement concerns the following described Services:

                    (i) Unlimited uses of internet.

                    (ii)Unlimited Downloading/Uploading

2. Payment Terms. ConnecttoWeb shall make payment to XTZ Companies as follows:

a. Monthly Payments :$5000

b. Late Payments. Payment is due on the 7^stof each month, and shall be considered late if not paid by the close of business on the 15^thof said month. A late fee of $25.00 shall apply to all late payments.

c. Term of Contract. Payments shall be due beginning on 01/01/2016 with a final balloon payment due on 01/01/2017, for a contract term of 12 months.

d. Mode of Acceptance: Payment shall be made through online Transfer.

3. Duties and Obligations. The parties shall have the following duties and obligations:

a. Payment on time.

b.Proper care of all equipments including server.
