In what departments/classes are a range of cultures represented? What cultures are represented?

Currently, I am working in an MNC’s International business department and thus being the member f the International Business Department, there are the members who belong to a varied background of cultures. The department has a much-diversified composition of cultural cohesiveness. This cultural diversity helps the department to understand the differentiated requirements of the customers of different cultures and thus helping the organization to accomplish its goals.

The different types of cultures which are presented in my department are as below:-

Western culture

Anglo America

Latin American culture

African American culture

Islamic culture

Arab culture

Indian Culture

Sinosphere culture

All these cultures help the employees to understand the other cultures and thus have a positive input in the product production and service offered to the customers.
