Solution

A value based culture is living by the culture of the organization, sharing the core values on all of the employees. Usually corporations do share their mission, vision and values but they don’t require for the employees to live by this values as long as they do their job and respect the hierarchy.

On this type of culture all the employees will align their personal values with the organization`s values and this will motivate them to work harder every day.

Senior management need to set an example on the working environment about living by the core values of the organization.

For example, there are organizations that every day they donate one or two days to help any cause on the community, they close operations and send their employees to help a poor school, paint walls, etc, this depends on management but overall employees will be happy to help because this is within their values too.
