Here B = 103°
The sum of all the angles of a triangle is 180°.
So angle C needs to be < 180° - 103° = 77°
Hence C < B

By the properties of the triangles relating sides and angles.

Side opposite to larger angle is larger than the side opposite to smaller angle.
So c < b

But c = 68 & b = 11

so c > b.
