a project can be defined a group of tasks which helps in achieving an objective. a project is generally undertaken to solve a problem or take advantage of an opportunity.

the sequence and inter related activities is the most surprising task in a project life. because some times some activites are critical activities and which influence the total work of the project. and the cost aspect of the project also very difficult to estimate in the changing conditions and complete the work with in given time with given resources.

project crashing is one more topic which difficult to understand and implementation. it is the process of reducing the project duration by employing additional resources.
