How would you handle an employee reporting that her supervisor has been touching her inappropreiately.

Solution

In such a case, firstly I would make that employee calm and comfortable and will tell her in detail about the incident or incidents. I would tell her to share everything in detail. After getting details from her, I would ensure her that this is a shameful act and the company has zero tolerance policy in such cases. We will look in to this matter and take an appropriate against her supervisor.
