Answer: Based on my experience of searching laws online, I feel that there are fair chances of finding a law from anywhere in the world by using internet. Most of the legal institutions have online presence now and for the benefit of the common people the governments have posted their laws and regulations online. Though for some undeveloped nations it might not be the case and laws from such places cannot be traced by using internet.

It is important to have a uniform citation of that law so that its right source can be easily traced through right interpretation.   Uniform citation helps in having the same interpretation of the source of a law so that there is no confusion because of difference in citation format or style.
