IR peaks at 2983, 2936, 2262, 1744, 1460, nd 1337

Mass Spec - 40, 57, 68, 86, 115, 126, 141

H NMR - 2H between (4 and 3), 9H (between 2 and 1)

C NMR - 161.8, 113.4, 84.3, a line that has no number just says (chlororform), 27.7, 25.8

need a detailed response if possible really trying to understand this i keep getting myself turned around
