FOLLOWING ARE THE SEVEN ELEMENTS THAT ARE FOUND IN WELL WRITTEN CODE OF CONDUCT :

* ETHICAL PRINCIPLES : this element includes behaviour at workplace and respect for all people. it should be followed by everyone in the organisation, so that peace should be maintained at workplace and everyone should get respect.

* VALUES : well written code of conduct should include honest, unprejudiced, and unbiased work environment. these traits should be written in code of conduct, so that everyone should be aware of this.

* ACCOUNTABLITY : delegation and accountability are two different things, task can be delegated but accountability remains with the same person. This element of code of conduct should include taking the responsibility of your own actions and must ensure that appropriate use of information and must avoid conficts of interest.

* STANDARD OF CONDUCT : this include complying with the description of job commitment to the organisation and it include proper computer, email usage and internet.

* STANDARD OF PRACTICE : written code of conduct should include curernt policies & procedures and also include business operational manual.

* DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS : Code of conduct is a set rules which should include disciplinary actions which future includes complaint handling ways and there should be specific penalities for the violation of any code.

* MANDATORY CODE OF CONDUCT : all the above mentioned code of conducts, should be followed manadated. and it should be mentioned clearly that if anybody doesnot follow these codes than they will be penalised.
