The Lewins\'s change model describes how to influence people to accept the change and how to make change successful. There are three stages. They are:-

Unfreezing - This is the initial stage and the most important one. This stage generally focuses on preparing oneself or others to come out of the comfort zone. It is important to make them understand the necessity to change and how it will benefit them in the long run.

Change - This is the transition stage where the process of change takes place. this stage is the toughest one where the individual will experience the difference due to change. In this stage, people will learn about the learn and understand the change process. They will be stressful and anxious.

Freeze - This stage is also called refreezing. In this stage, the customers will establish stability once the change has been made. The people will accept the change successfully and it will become the part of their life. People will be in their comfort zone again and needs to be ready for next unfreezing stage.
