C= 8 when w = 32

C= 12.32 when w = 68

C-8 / (w-32) = (12.32-8) / ( 68-32)

C-8 = 0.12w -3.84

C = 0.12w + 4.16

where m = slope = 0.12

since slope is posiytive it means cost / gallons is increases with increament in gallon of water
