In the decade since the attacks on the US World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, DC, do you think the 9/11 Commission Report findings fall short? Why or why not?

even the said accidents are terrorist attacks, they three are different and the attackers objectives are different. we can not connect one with another. 9/11 report concern only the attack and the way it happend. it does not helps to predict terrorist attacks in US, they can say what kind of actions will takes after any attack happens.
