Assumption

1) Safety stock requirement is 400. So For maintaining the safety stock level we have to order Safety stock separately. That order is placed in 8 th week.

2) Projected balance is 1000 . So demand of 10 th week can be managed from projected balance.

3)Lead time is 2 weeks .So for every week the order placed before 2 weeks.

4) Net requirement is the requirement of the respective demand of that week.

5) Safety stock is maintained 400 in 17 th week

6) As per asked in problem , Lot for Lot techniques is used.
