Yes the individuals are soleley responsible for their ethical or their unethical behaviour as it all depends on the individual\'s morale and attitude. For example consider a situation of a workplace where all the employees have different viewpoints towards one particular situation but the beheviour differs.This all depends on the handling capacity of the individuals

In an organisation,generally superiors like managers or bosses influence the behaviour of the people a lot. The main reason behind this is that people tend to follow the body language,language and the other characters of their managers.
