Solution
Motivation is the reason behind an action or behaviour of a person in a specific way. Motivation is the reason for a person to achieve something which is appreciated by everyone.
Companies do not have to pay incentives to motivate the employees all the time. There are many ways to do that and all are equally effective. Companies can send appreciation emails to the employee and can also award them with titles and promote them to the next level. When these are done publicly in the company, an employee will feel very confident about himself and also the work. The company can also give that employee more responsibilities and also provide international exposure by sending them to work with the clients directly.
Not all people are behind money in life. A lot of people expect respect from the company and that can be provided through the above-mentioned activities as well. These will be received well by the employees and they give their best for the company and try to achieve greater things. Some also feel happy when the company responds to their personal problems and this will create a strong between the employees and the company. This can be the best incentive a company can provide to an employee.
