The relationship between employers and employers are changing to meet the requirements of the organization as employees stay in the organization because of cordial relationships with their managers. Employees feel motivated when they have a very optimistic, well-behaved and understanding manager. When employees are motivated they give their best to the organization. The emotional connection between the manager and the employees enhances the engagement level thereby increasing productivity. Managers have realized that a good relationship results in building a positive and enthusiastic team.

The employers can improve their communication with the employees by having multiple meetings, motivating them to work hard and by engaging them in the corporate activities which have an alignment with their passion. The employer should also think about the employees’ growth and take care of employees’ needs, interests, and desires. A strong bonding with employees can build a team of geniuses.

Methods of communication that employers should be considering are group discussions, personal meetings or one to one catch up meetings, brainstorming sessions, open meetings, displaying trust, confidence in training sessions, motivating emails and sharing inspiring stories.

Attitude surveys are the drivers of employee engagement as surveys give us the factors that can boost the employee morale and help the employees attain their personal goals and organizational goals. Attitude surveys can be useful in assessing the feelings of an employee towards work, job, organization, manager, needs, and desires etc. This information will help the manager in deciding the career path or succession planning in the organization.

Employers need to consider the planned designs employee benefits program for each individual in which the employee’s talent will get the organization benefited and simultaneously the employee will feel satisfied. Motivation along with good pay, fringe benefits, flexibility and employee involvement will help in achieving the desired goal.
