 describe the benefits and drawbacks to each in regards to project management and project
 success. Also, describe your current work situation how is it organized and why do you think it
 was done this way. Could it be better if changed? Explain.

Functional Organizational structure:

 This organizational structure will be done in hierarchical levels way. After starting project the
 project will be divided into small functional units and each unit will be done sequentially. Managers are
 main responsible for completion of these units.
Advantages:
 Flexibility, organization has choice of choosing separate unit to complete, when company resources left then remaining
 can easily continue that functional units.
disadvantages:
 Since project is splitting into units employee doesnlt have focus on complete project. Some times
 requiremnts ger ignored.
Traditional organizational structure

 Under project separate teams will be formed and each team will do their as responsibilities as separate
 project. Each team maintain separate staff.
Advantage:
 Having clear vision, total responsible on project managers and avoid multiple leadership.
Disadvantages:
 When company have multiple projects then there was a chance of duplicating the project.
Matrix organizational structure:

 It is combination of both traditional and fnctional organizational structure.
Advantages:
 Clear vision, reduce the number of resources required, avaoiding multiple leadership.
disadvantages:
 Reduce internal managers power, doesn\'t have enough control on project dealing.
