Solution
Accountability: When the company has the knowledge of which employees are responsible for certain functions within the company, those employees can be made accountable for their success. The need for accountability is that without it you cannot reward or punish employees for their productivity.
Ethics: An organization or company needs to create a strong ethics working environment when interacting with employees and customers. If there is a high ratio of turnover it will be harder to have all employees embrace the ethics environment because they are not used to it. This is way training is critical and have a zero policy for unethical actions.
Managerial control: This is the overall communication and control of the staff and how the company should operate, depending on the type of managerial control of the company this will affect the environment of the working place. Employees and staff members should be allowed to participate on decisions and bring ideas to the table, after all they are the ones talking to the customer every day, they are the front line and their ideas can improve the service.
Harassment: This is any kind of unwanted conduct between 2 or more employees. Some of the more common types of harassment are sexual and physical. The company must stablish policies before operating about how to deal with harassment, there should be a zero tolerance policy when it comes to harassment, and legal actions should be taken.
