velocity= 1.5mph

we know that 1mph = 88 fpm (feet per minute)

then velocity = 132 fpm

wheel revolution = 2(pi)r where r= radius =600/2= 300feet

time = revolution/velocity

time= 2(pi)*300/132= 14.28 minute
