My State organization has a mission to \"Create a State of Health\". Do you think that a State health entity can create this or are there barriers that will hinder this mission.

Solution

A state of health means a state whose population is healthier, with higher life expectancy and superior quality of life. A state organization can form this mission, but the organization will face the different barriers to realize the mission. These barriers are as follows:
1.   There may be a lack of resources and capabilities that can help the people to be healthy in all the aspects and create a state of health.
2.   The growing disparity in income and resource allocation, makes it very difficult for the state organization to achieve the state of health.
3.   It requires funding and organizing funds by applying more taxes, will have the negative effects upon the mission goals.
Above barriers will pose different questions to the mission and create hindrance.
