1) Product Introduction : in this phase product Introduction and product development is done. The product is developed keeping in view the need of a set of consumers.

2) Product development : in this phase product is introduced in the market. but profit dose\'nt come in this stage.

3) Growth stage : in this stage the product is accepted in market and profit increases.

4) Maturity stage : when a product enters in thei stage the product growth is declined. profit also decreases.

5) Decline Stage: ultimately product enters in this stage, the product faces copetetion and the product distinctiveness starts diminishing.
