the need of the organization is the most important factor of redefining management strategy. when the strategies are not providing desired results, then automatically managers should think and work on redesign and redefine the strategies. becaues ultimately organization objective is important, and if the defined strategies failed to provide solutions for them, managers have to define new strategies.
while if we are not able to change our styles according to the requirements of the organization, ultimately we are the loosers and organization losses its reputation and goodwill in the market. as a manager, i should deal with the factors like changes in work places, ethical and morale aspects at the work place, global economic conditions and uncertanities, and changing technologies.
and also the important factor is changing customer priorities, because without customers, most organizations would cease to exist and employee attitudes and behaviors play a big part in customer satisfaction. managers must create a customer-responsive environment where employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and sensitive to customer needs.
in today’s challenging environment, innovation is critical and managers need to understand what, when, where, how, and why innovation can be fostered and encouraged throughout an organization. managers need to be personally innovative and to encourage their employees to be innovative.
