It has high price which might serve as a problem for the population of lower middle class consumers.

There are generalized standards which might make the products not synced with the cultural demands of few markets.

Opportunities

It can penetrate deeper in the market of Asia, Middle East and Africa.

It has the opportunity to expand significantly in Asia with hifj economic rates.

The diversification of product mix can serve as an opportunity for improving its competitive advantage.

It can take advantage of partnership with other firms.

Threats

It faces problems with increasing competition from coffee sellers who are low cost.

There is also threat of imitation and increasing movements from independent coffeehouse.
