The concept has been taken from the Harvard Business review article of the crisis in the healthcare system. One of the structures of the system which has been shown is the “Changes to plan in healthcare”, it is necessary to be avoided in the healthcare system because the plan which is already executed or discussed with the patient’s party should not be newly implemented.

If I have given the responsibility to lead the role of the manager, I will omit this flaw in the healthcare system and try to make a perfect plan by doing the analysis of the certainties and uncertainties principles. It is necessary to hire experienced professionals who have already faced possible outcomes of the plans. As the manager of the organization, I will make strict initiatives not to make any plan change in the organization for the benefits as it will hamper the personal life of a patient which may hamper the reputation of the healthcare organization.
