Why are benefits important to employees?
Can an outstanding benefit package be a deciding factor in a decision to accept employment?
Why do employees often want increased benefits rather than increased salary?
Solution
Yes, benefits are more important to the employees. According to survey it was clear that many of the employees feel happy when the organization offer more benefits. Benefits are important to the employees because if there are more benefits employees will do work hard and increase fame to the organization. By the benefits employee will be more loyal to his/her work and if organization shows benefits employee will never let to go for another organization. Employee focus level will be increased so that they never deviate their minds about their personal lives. Majorly we can see that in many organizations there will be high rate of absenteeism about the health issues in the organization give benefits for their health like coupons for their monthly checkups they never be absent and delay their work. At last benefits are offered for the organization success and their survival to reach the goals.
Outstanding benefit packages sometimes will not be a deciding factor because decision would be depends upon the employee situation at that time. According to my view, if the organization offering the highest benefits there will be more work load. By enjoying the offers if an employee doesn’t to do the work properly means it will be illegal trait. So that benefits are not only the criteria to decide type of work, environment of the work place, should thing whether it will benefits if an employee join in that organization.
Employee will show more interest when there is an increase of the benefits rather than the salary because salary will be fixed for some time but benefits will be increased and those will helpful for their family also. There are some health insurance for families so that employees show interest for benefits.
