Solution
1. Following are examples of types of triggers of asthma:
2. Air flow restricted due to asthma episode: During an asthma attack, air flow into and out of the lungs is restricted by inflammation and swelling of the bronchial tubes and by bronchial narrowing caused by smooth muscle contraction. As a result of these events, the human respiratory tubes are being narrowed than normal people. That’s why the flowing of air is restricted during an asthmatic episode or asthma patients, and it could make difficulty in breathing.
Wheezing: When a person who has asthma exhales, the lungs have to use increased air pressure power to exhale or inhale the air through respiratory systems. Pressure increases in the lungs to cause exhalation this also further constricts the bronchioles making it harder to exhale. The pressure decreases again to inhale the air, relieving the bronchioles and making it easier for the air to flow again. This pressure causes the bronchioles to constrict more, causing the wheez.
