1.timing of change: by changing the timing of reaching the office for each employee,the cmpany can change the office start time from 9am to 10am.also the office end time can be changed from 5.30pm. to 6.30 om.this way there will not be nay impact on the payroll department.this is because there is no change in the working hours(8 hours)

2. changes to salaries,wages and overtime rates: when there are any changes in the salary structure,wages and overtime rates,there will be changes in the payroll department as they have to maintain particular pay rates and also different overtime rates for each and every employee.There will be extra effort from their end and that will be employee/ team specific.

3.Paid absence: in the provosion of paid absence, in case there are change in the paid leaves given to an employee ,there will be special entry made in the salary slip structure.for that to happen the salary software will have to be updated and costs will have to be incurred from the company side.also the HR executives will also have to make seperate excel account sheet for the paid leaves and leaves left.
