Answer - No, Organization should not place any religiuos accomodation in the work place. The reason is when people came for work they should only follow work ethics.

1. Providing religiuos accomodation to one religion can bring feeling of inferiroty in other which mostly are minority at work place. In case, company decides to provide accomodation to all, it kind of make work place religious ground rahter than work place.

2. Sometime work demands to pursue kind to work which might be wrong according to one religion but as per work ethic it correct and in best interest of organization. Having religiuos close to employee while taking decision in such dilemma only move the balance towards his personal belief rather than work belief.
