If we look closely both the countries i.e. Brazil and Colombia are going through transformational changes. A transformational change can be defined as a shift in the business culture which results from a change in the underlying strategy and different types of processes used by the country or any organization was using in the past time. These kinds of changes are implemented and designed in the entire structure and it is enacted over a period of time.

In the recent time Brazil has come up as one of the fastest growing economies in Latin America and it is now considered as the future economy in the world. Similarly, Colombia is also trying to improve its financial position and changing the image of world capital of narcotics to an industry driven country.

In order to accomplish these objectives, the government of both the countries has done some structural improvements, while Brazil is now focusing on improving the technology and producing the goods at a lower price to attract foreign investment, on the other hand, Colombian Government s also executing some law and order and infrastructural and industrial development in the country.
