Economic growth means the most to those living in poverty.Economic programmes aim to reduce unemployment,increase standard of living,provide a better quality of life and reduce unemployment.Any economic growth programme primarily affects the poor.The middle class and the wealthy are already living a decent life.Not much could be done in that area.It is the poor who are to be uplifted.
