Ethics is the awareness of a people or organization through which they might in position to decide what is wrong or what is good for all human beings? It is a moral principle or standards where people or organization adopts rational behaviour which will be equally good for all. It is quite important to know what type of factors decides whether to behave ethically or unethically. In true sense, a person well known that whether he is performing or doing ethically not good. In other words, Ethical behaviour means which is naturally accepted to all man kinds. For example: We like respect, Love, belongingness etc, it will be unethical activity when we disrespect some other person.
