Value based approach is direct constrast to the compliance based approach. Compliance based approach follows the rules and regulations and these may not be consistent with the value for which people aspire. Value based approach develop honesty and integrity of individual towards an organisations. Hence, it helps to realise organisational objectives in most optimal way. Value based approach is regarded as panacean for malfeasance in public domain. we can not move completely towards either of these, one must establish balance between these two approaches.
